Re-Engineering

As well as electroplating newly manufactured components, we also offer a range of services to renovate and refurbish items which have already been in service.

We have been involved in many Re-Engineering projects which have helped to offer considerable cost savings compared to re-manufacturing of replacement parts.

We offer services including stripping and re-plating and a range of chemical and physical cleaning processes which can be used individually or in combination to restore components to an “as new” condition.

We have worked on an extensive refurbishment program for the UK Power Network and with leading defence contractors.

We have also been involved in the refurbishment of Donald Campbell’s iconic “Bluebird” hydroplane.
